About the Position
Lustra Cleaning Services is always seeking reliable and motivated Cleaning Assistants to join our team! No prior professional cleaning experience is required — we provide full training to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
Assist Lead Cleaners with residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure high-quality results
Support your team by communicating effectively and completing tasks efficiently
Represent Lustra Cleaning Services professionally and respectfully in clients’ homes
Requirements:
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Willingness to learn new techniques and follow company standards
Must be dependable and punctual
