Cancellation Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your holiday cleaning. Deposit goes towards your cleaning the day of your scheduled booking. This applies to holiday cleanings only. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text), or phone. Should the Client fail to give seventy-two (72) hours notice, the Client must pay 50% for the canceled cleaning.
